Arcadia Ministries International

Arcadia is a ministry for ministers.

Arcadia has been appointed as a God-honoring, Christ-centered, Holy Spirit-filled sanctuary for ministry leaders and workers in Christ’s Body based out of Northern Colorado.

Our mission is to provide support to ministry leaders and workers through multiple avenues:

on-site or virtual assessments
small and large group retreats
workshops and training sessions

We also provide training and equipping resources for church bodies to more fully support ministry workers, missionaries, and pastors. These training resources are designed to equip for both the prevention and management of burnout, trauma, difficult transitions or loss.

"I attended the Arcadia Unburden retreat. During one exercise we were asked to write out everything we are feeling responsible for. After having some private time to formulate our list, I felt entirely exhausted. Then the assignment was to go through our list to see if there were things on the list that we took on because we thought we 'should' be doing it, but weren't necessarily called by God to do.
